What is the return/refund policy?

If the print/stickers arrives damaged during shipment, I will gladly send you a replacement print.  If a painting comes damaged, I can repaint you another but remember each painting is hand painted and may not be exactly the same.  Please take a photo of the damaged package and item and email it to me at taffypaints@gmail.com with your order number and a short explanation. Thank you.  ☺

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  I ship anywhere, but due to costs of shipping I can only offer free shipping in the US.  Thank you for your understanding.  All prints are shipped to the address provided at checkout, so please make sure your address is entered in correctly!

Do you accept credit/debit/Paypal?

Yes!  All prices are in USD but all currencies are accepted at the current exchange rate.

When will my prints arrive?

Prints will usually take a maximum of 2 weeks from the time of purchase to be prepared for shipment.  I hand package each print and ship USPS Priority.  According to USPS, this takes 1-3 business days.  Originals may take a couple days longer depending on the size.  For international orders, timing will vary depending on your local customs office.

How are my items packaged?

Each print and sticker is carefully packaged with care in mind.  A protective sleeve and backing protect from scratching and bending.  It is then packaged in a bubbled sealed envelope to protect from the elements.  Merch is carefully wrapped in protective bubble wrap and then sealed in a shipping box or envelope.  Original paintings packed with corner protectors, bubble wrap and sealed in a shipping box.

Do the prints have a margin/border?

No, all prints come free of any border or margin.  Please take this into consideration when framing.
