Thank you for your interest in wanting a tattoo of my art and having the respect to ask for permission!  

 

This tattoo pass is an agreement that grants permission for my artwork to be inked by a tattoo artist that is willing to ink someone else's art.  Please read the policy in its entirety. By proceeding with your order, you are agreeing to the terms outlined in this agreement.

 

Once you have purchased your pass, you will receive a signed written permission with your name and the name of the print.  The print comes with a 5x7 print of the image as well as a Certificate of Authenticity.

 

This pass is good for one use per person, per artwork.  It is to protect my work as well as the integrity of the tattoo artist.  Please check with your tattoo artist's policy to ensure that they are willing to tattoo someone else's art before purchasing your pass.

 

Do not change or alter the artwork in any way.  You may change it to grayscale if needed.  If you need to make changes, please contact me about commissions.  I charge $1.40 per square inch.

 

Make sure your artist is a reputable, qualified artist who has the skills to accurately reproduce my work.

 

By purchasing the tattoo pass you are agreeing to these terms.

 

If you share photos of your finished ink on any social media platform, I must be credited as the artist.  Your tattoo artist must also give credit.  (Where the ink is the main subject matter of the photo, not if you're taking a selfie and your tattoo happens to be in the photo)

 

I am on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and DeviantAr.t  If you and/or your tattoo artist post any photos of the finished tattoo on these platforms, please tag me. By tagging me, you are granting me permission to re-share the photo(s) on my social media pages and website. I will not share your name or other personal details unless you give me permission.  The tattoo artist will be given credit as the tattoo artist.
